Organized on the occasion of Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar's birth anniversary

A government order dated March 27, 2003, allocates a sum of Rs. 35,000/- to each district for the organization of various programs on the occasion of Dr. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar's birth anniversary. As in previous years, a budget provision of Rs. 26.25 lakh is made for this purpose in each financial year.
